Work With Us
Redcliffe Area Youth Space (RAYS) is a place-based, not-for-profit organisation supporting young people and families across Moreton Bay. Our mission is to create safe, inclusive, healing-centred spaces where people can gather, connect, belong, and thrive.
We walk alongside people with compassion, purpose, and respect — always focusing on strengths, relationships, and self-determination.
We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with lived experience, and those from culturally diverse or marginalised communities.
If you’re ready for a role where your authenticity will make a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you.
